Photo Section March 4 at 12:09 AM

Yeah, now I have one of them. It's pretty cool that it's all dynamic and I can even upload and create thumbs through MT. The thumbs probably are not as good as they should be, but because they are dynamic I'll use them. It's pretty bare right now, but it will grow. I have a few photos lying around that I should put up, so it will take a few days or weeks to get it really going.

I'm not calling it a photoblog because it isn't. It is a section I'm going to put photography, not snapshots of a series of events. When those come around, I'm going to do the same sort of thing I did with the

blizzard of last month.

I want to say thanks to Garrett for helping me out a lot with it. The fact that he wrote a tutorial on it yesterday was very coincidental, but was crucial in hind-sight.

Awesome... looking forward to more photos.

However, I have the same problem as I do with Shawn's photos. They open at 0,0, and that's right under my taskbar.

Problem fixed Linus. Tell me if you have any more problems.

Did you have the same problems with the desktop pop-ups? Those have been fixed as well, I am just wondering if you had the same problem but never said anything.

Thanks! :) I noticed the page was broken for a while ... I'm guessing because you used the code I posted MorrisonFilm, which I messed up. :) Sorry about that.

The desktop popups were fine... the default for a popup window isn't the extreme top-left, but MT seems to force photo popups to go to 0,0 unless you change it.

BTW, that photo of Jack really is amazing. I'd just put that as a comment, but it seems dumb to add "awesome!" "awesome!" again and again for each photo, as I undoubtedly will.

Garrett gave me the code, but on the main photos page it's in a line of php, and I forgot the "\" on a few parts.

Thanks about the Jack photo, but you could have posted that. It's always nice to have good comments, even though it's hard to say much without getting too technical. With that said, redundancy is completely fine by me (I mean encouraged), especially when it comes to the photos.
